We want you to love our candles. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us at hello@cicadagoods.com within 14 days of purchase. Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the item back to us.

Domestic orders under $99: $8 flat rate.
Domestic orders over $99: Free shipping.
International orders: Shipping rates vary by location and weight.
